Role Overview: As a Dealmaker at Clements Developments, you will identify and analyse off-market real estate deals, liaise with clients, and negotiate prices to create below-market value opportunities for our investors. You will manage client interactions, including agents, buyers, and sellers, to maximize deal closures. Responsibilities include contract management, creating split fee agreements and buyer/seller agent agreements via DocuSign, and handling communications in our WhatsApp community. You will pitch to over 100 investors via video, progress through the sales cycle, and close multi-million-dollar deals.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in real estate or relevant industry within the country of operation.
Ability to manage client relationships and communications.
Proficiency in using DocuSign and WhatsApp.
Excellent presentation skills for investor pitches.
Ability to close deals efficiently and effectively.
