Country Manager

  • Location: Based in the country of operation

    Role Overview: As the Country Manager at Clements Developments, you will lead and oversee the operations within the country, with a focus on managing WhatsApp communities and empowering dealmakers to close multimillion-dollar real estate deals. You will be responsible for fostering a thriving network attracting the highest calibre of property buyers including ultra-high net-worth individuals and Chief Investment Officers of public and private companies actively investing in property, whilst ensuring efficient communication to maximize deal closures. Also ensure each post made within the country is of the highest possible standard, pitching deals and buyer requests in the most effective way for members.

    Requirements:

    1. Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams or projects, preferably in the real estate or related industry within the country of operation.
    2. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including investors, dealmakers, and internal teams.
    3. Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, assess risks, and develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives.
    4. Proficiency in WhatsApp and DocuSign: Proficient in using WhatsApp for community management and communication, as well as DocuSign for contract management and agreement creation.
    5. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Solid understanding of sales principles and negotiation techniques, with a proven track record of closing multimillion-dollar deals.
    6. Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and overcoming challenges with resilience and determination.
