Head of Continent

    Role Overview: As the Head of Continent at Clements Developments, you will be a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO. Fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration within the continent team, you will be responsible for driving sales across every country within your continent. Your primary focus will be on recruiting, managing, and empowering country managers to ensure that dealmakers and the entire team are performing at the highest level, resulting in the successful closure of multiple multi-million-dollar real estate deals.

    Requirements:

    1. Executive Leadership Experience: Proven experience in executive leadership roles, with a track record of driving sales and business growth within the real estate or related industry.
    2. Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking and vision, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with broader business objectives and market dynamics.
    3. Team Building and Development: Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
    4. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
    5. Communication and Influencing Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making.
